This notice covers formsbytext.com, an informational site operated by Playvent, LLC. Last updated 12 September 2026.
This site has no forms, no sign-in, and no accounts. There is nothing here for you to submit, so we collect no name, email address, phone number or any other detail you would type.
What we do collect is usage information, to understand whether the page explains Forms by Text™ well:
We use Google Analytics to count page views and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
On our public marketing pages (playvent.ai and formsbytext.com) we use Microsoft Clarity to record page interactions — pointer movement, scrolling, clicks, and page navigation — so we can see where the pages are confusing. We configure these tools to mask the contents of form fields and other sensitive input, and we do not use them to identify you.
We also record a small, fixed set of sign-up pages in the Playvent application (playvent.app): sign in, sign up, and the two plan and organization setup steps. Session replay is limited to those pre-sensitive pages and does not run on pages containing participant, family, child, document, or message content.
Microsoft's handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Google's is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Forms by Text™ is a feature of Playvent. If you use the Playvent application itself — where registrations, participant details and messaging live — that is covered by the Playvent privacy policy, which is more detailed than this page because the product handles far more than a brochure site does.
